"The hotel room was spacious with balcony, with view of the forest. However, there was no hot water for showering on the night we arrived. We called their service number and spoke with the lady owner who said that they would send their "colleague" who lived in the building that night. Nobody...

"Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience.
Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant.
This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus.
Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing
Spa facilities were great.
Location of this hotel is okay."
