"Not sure we'll repeat this. Idea is okay- minimal staff and a small apt with living/dining/kitchen/bedroom. The apt was dark, even with all the lights on - but the problem was the lack of staff assistance. We never got an email with instructions and codes to get the key, and staff was only there a few hours a day. We got there mid-afternoon in a snowstorm and were lucky another guest let us in to try to work out how to get a key. After that we didn't really need people, but there were weird...

"The location is the best BUT the check in process bit confusing and also we were assigned to the first floor unit , it s quoet dosappointing as the unit literally side by side with the street ( if we open the window its literally people can jump in ) and its so noisy . But if we closed the window the air inside the room is very stuffy … also the rain shower is broken In short I reccomend this apt just for the location ( just across the oldtown) other than that dont expect much "

"The hotel recent with road construction just around it. But the hotel still keep clean enough. Well full set kitchen kids with ovens. Deluxe stay in the town with quite living and easy go around. The hotel is a counterless hotel. If you through e-mail to contact the hotel before your arrival. The staff will help you check in quickly. Furthermore, I suggest you to get their physical door card rather than to use your smartphone act as digital door key."

"Our room faced a busy road, so it was quite noisy. There was no air conditioning, which made the room very hot. In addition, the window blinds didn't provide full blackout coverage, so the room became bright early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and frequently dropped out."
