"The hotel was very easy to find with just a quick walk from Hauptbahnof. Check-in was very fast on the tablet although they had a staff member there to assist. Our room was plenty spacious and very clean. We really appreciated the location as it made it very easy for us to get around either by walking or by public transportation.
What we really liked:
If you choose not to have your room serviced everyday, they will give you a $10 voucher to be used for the beverage fridge downstairs. This was a wonderful amenity as we rarely want our room serviced. Every evening we enjoyed beers and could also grab what we needed in the morning.
What could have been improved on:
Our fridge in the room was not consistent. Some days cold other days, very warm. We had to toss out a few items we had purchased because of this. They did take a look at it and told us it was working fine, but temperature said otherwise.
We had the air conditioning set at 16 c the entire time, but that room did not cool down. The only way was to open the window which was fine, but at night the street is very noisy. Again, they looked at it and told us that this was to be expected for this time of year.
If you book a room that says you're getting a king bed, understand that it is not a US size king bed. I would compare it to a queen. We made it work, but I was disappointed.
Overall we would definitely stay here again even with the items that I mentioned as the positives definitely outweighed any negatives."
