Gut: Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr schön, die Badezimmer modern und geschmackvoll. Mittelprächtig: Das Frühstückbuffet ging in Ordnung, wirkte aber etwas uninspiriert und lieblos arrangiert. Der Kaffe schmeckte fürchterlich. Am Abend gibt es ein gesetztes Menue, a la Carte wird nicht geboten, was schade ist. Die Speisen sind wiederum bestenfalls okay, da ist noch Luft nach oben. Dafür sind aber die Preise überschaubar. Nicht gut: Das Einzelzimmer Nr. 21 hat einen sehr hässlichen Ausblick - was man in dieser traumhaften Gegend erst mal hinkriegen muss! Trotz einigermassen vollmundiger Versprechen funktionierten im Zimmer weder WLAN noch Mobiltelefonie, was das Arbeiten auf dem Zimmer sehr erschwerte bzw. sogar unmöglich machte. Das Gleiche galt für den Parkplatz. Im Netz wurde Parken am Hotel beschrieben, tatsächlich waren alle Parkplätze durchweg belegt und ich musste etwas 150 Meter auf einen benachbarten Parkplatz ausweichen. Bei Regen und Eis und mit Taschen wird auch diese Strecke lang. Fazit: Eher durchwachsen. Aber ich denke, dass die erwähnten Kritikpunkte mit wenig Aufwand behebbar wären. Und dann wäre dieses Hotel eine sichere Empfehlung.

Überdurchschnittlich

Sehr freundliches Service-Personal, reichhaltige Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Die Location macht zwar für jüngere Gäste einen etwas rustikalen Eindruck, dies macht aber der sehr positiven Gesamtbeurteilung keinen Abbruch. ;-)

Aangenaam verblijf.

Zeer goed verblijf. Vriendelijk personeel. Uitgebreid, verzorgd ontbijt en geweldig diner 's avonds. Koks verdienen een pluim. Dicht bij het meer met mooie wandeling naar het centrum. Verschillende mogelijkheden voor uitstappen met het openbaar vervoer.

Insgesamt ein schönes, sehr sauberes Haus. Das Frühstücksbüffet läßt keine Wünsche offen. Das Abendessen war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Das Personal im Service war sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Einige Mängel sind jedoch zu berichten. Rezeption ist sehr unverbindlich und nicht gerade auskunftsfreudig. Im Schwimmbad und Sauna sind viel zu wenig Ruheliegen. In der Zirbenstube waren einige Lichtbirnen defekt, die in unserer Zeit nicht ausgetauscht wurden. Ebenfalls wäre anzuregen, einige Kunstblumen-Dekorationen im Haus auszutauschen, die einfach nicht mehr zeitgemäß sind.
