"Lovely historic hotel with spacious rooms. No air-conditioning but small fans supplied. Most rooms have balcony and park view. Well appointed rooms. Friendly reception staff but reception closes at 6.00pm, so later arrivals collect key from box and dont meet hotel staff until the following day. Restaurant and bar is operated by a separate business, not by the hotel. Breakfast staff are neither welcoming nor attentive. Disappointing breakfast, almost no fresh fruit, none at all one morning, just...

"The apartments are a 15 minute level walk from the station, and Baden centre and have a bus stop right outside. Both living and bedrooms were spacious, bed was comfy. Nice garden if weather is good. Friendly host. "

"Die Lage direkt neben dem Westbahnhof und der U-Bahn ist mega. Gutes Frühstück, wo es noch frische Rühreier und kein Pulver gibt!"

"Great facility. Lovely breakfast. Easy access to airport with a bus."

"Struttura molto bella, con camere molto spaziose, assortimento della colazione più che discreto. Pulizia molto buona e personale disponibile e cortese. Come spesso accade nelle strutture all'estero, manca il bidet nei bagni."

"Excelente servicio solo que en dos días de hospedaje no hicieron la Limpieza"

"The staff was super friendly and helped us to book reservation for restaurant. We did not order breakfast in the hotel as it only serve buffet breakfast. The hotel is convenient to music concerts, shopping and to our surprise, so close to Belvedere."

"The hotel was amazing! It was very centrally located, with many places within easy reach. The rooms were clean, and I felt safe knowing that you needed a key card to access the rooms. The breakfast was great too with a great view. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, from the front desk and housekeeping to the breakfast team."
