"Curry (now Half Dome) village is an unpretentious base for walking in Yosemite Valley. It is right on the spot for early starts, and the simple cabins (I was in a tent cabin) avoid the need for camping equipment. Facilities on site are well run and just what is needed. The communal dining hall is very good, reasonably priced, and has a nice atmosphere in the evening. "Stayed here for 3 nights, super quick check in and check out process. Cabin was very clean and stocked with utensils and towels. Overall great place to stay at, super close to Yosemite and there’s a creek right across the road with fairy lights and chairs to relax at. "
