"Son ya muchos años pasando dias de descanso en el hotel. El equipo, aparte de ser el mismo en muchos casos, son encantadores, y tienen un trato exqusito hacia nosotros. Aparte es in gran hotel para las mascotas, donde la hacen sentir como un invitado vip. El edificio y las vistas son unicas."

"This boutique hotel is a Jewel in Palma. Our room was comfy and very clean , It was as a bit small but very beautiful . Excellent location. The highlight was helping staff. All the reception staff were very helpful. unfortunately I can’t remember their name. They went out of their way to help us with every demand. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Always a very warm welcome at this hotel, we have stayed here many times. It’s particularly lovely at Christmas, it was a shame to see the restaurant empty however, we were going to eat there on a few occasions but it was always empty and there were no serving staff present, kitchen didn’t look like it was open- it lacked atmosphere I just guess it’s low season and not busy enough to warrant opening. This is just something to bear in mind when staying out of season/ December time. "

"Hôtel de très bonne qualité, idéalement situé à seulement 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. La vue sur la cathédrale et le port est magnifique. Le mini-bar dans la chambre est payant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de bénéficier gratuitement d’une Audi Q6 e-tron pendant une journée. Le personnel est très agréable et attentionné. Une délicate attention pour mon anniversaire, avec du champagne et des macarons, a rendu le séjour encore plus plaisant. Seul petit point...

"Friendly staff and clean rooms. Information from the reception before we arrived with gps locations of the hotel and parking lot realy worked well. We were welomed with Cava in the reception. The room way very well constructed with one story for cooking, one for staying and one for sleeping."
