"This is a very nice older family run property in a very convenient central location on the edge of the Jewish Ghetto and near the university. The room was clean with a compfortable bed. The bathroom was completely adequate but small. The breakfasy buffet was ample. A good value, well located choice."

"Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"This was a lovely property on a small canal, not facing across from Venice. It had a wonderful included breakfast. It was convenient to the vaporetta stop. The only thing missing was the air conditioning. It had not been turned on for the season yet. "

The staff was great, and luggage storage was available, which was very convenient. The AC worked well, and the lobby was lovely. The room itself was fairly average, but overall, I would stay here again."

A great version of the Italian hotel breakfast with a range of options for whomever might want something savory or sweet or in between."

"Beautiful hotel. Hotel staff are excellent and so friendly. They were geat arranging transportation for us from and to the airport. Hotel location is excellent; ferry right next to hotel and restaurants and Ice Cream shops just a few minutes walk. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for first time visitors."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location to explore the city. Although we didn't use the hotels jetty, the 2 we used were within a 2 minute walking distance. A lot of choice for a continental breakfast, some hot offerings too."
