"Wonderful ambience, quick walk to cruise terminal. Our luggage was lost by Delta, so we were quite late arriving and I felt very sorry for the gentleman who had to wait up (very late) to let us in. Fantastic shower — didn’t want to get out! Room was very clean, super comfy. We had two bedrooms with a little connecting area, which is perfect for families or people who are traveling together but want separate rooms. Typical continental breakfast; server squeezed fresh orange juice for us which was a nice treat. Beautiful historic building in a charming neighborhood. Great value for the price. "We had only one night to stay in this hotel that seemed to be a five star in old days on our way back to Rome. Our room was very clean and spacious with a very nice view of the sea. I also enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool. The staff were also very nice and helpful. the breakfast was very limited and I think it was because not many people were staying at our time. By the way there was a pizzeria restaurant close by called Bambu. Their food was excellent "

"Dark dingy room. Shower stall you couldn’t turn around in or bend down to pick something up. Scroungy breakfast. No coffee service in our room although our friends room had a kettle and coffee. "
