"Had to pay $100 deposit when we checked in and its been a week and still dont have it back. Im going back down for an unexpected funeral and not thrilled about paying another $100 deposit when I haven't gotten the first $100 back. Other than that it was a wonderful stay there, thats why I chose it again."

"The stay was wonderful. Only one concern …. Our room was 418 and the tub nozzle had a running leak. It did not bother us , however it was a waste of water that could cost your hotel $$ over time."
