"The hotel is quite old. The hallways have an unpleasant odor. The photos of the rooms on Expedia look okay, but the reality is much worse. I think they should remove the breakfast option from the description, as it looks more like coffee and a snack. Lastly, at $130, the location is quite far from any leisure activities."

"I was charged an $8.50 guest parking fee that was not explained in Expedia. I prefer to stay at Hyatt hotels, and have stay at other Hyatt hotels, but haven’t been charged a parking fee at other locations. I understand this Hyatt is by the airport and the hotel doesn’t want travelers/non-guests parking at their facility."

"Stayed 5 nights, upon booking 6 weeks previous, connecting rooms were requested, a request listed on website as one available. Not only were our rooms NOT connecting, they were on opposite ends of the “hall”. rooms were never serviced or even freshened. No one extra blankets given after requested. Had to track down room service just for clean towels. Rooms never swept(sand everywhere) or trash collected. Staff was consistently rude. Over all terrible experience. Not worth the $1500 AT ALL"

"It is so crazy that Expedia has this type of hotel in their catalog. When arrived it looked ok, old but ok. Got into the front desk and I started to smell all kind of smells. "I enjoyed most of my stay here. Nothing amazing, very basic, but the convenient location was great for the event I attended. The room was plain and fairly clean and basic comfort. No maid service or only a few towels tidied was a bit odd. I appreciated the bikes for use and utilized them twice."
