"Very strong Smoking smell on the room and bathroom even though we don’t smoke. Struggled to sleep at night due to that smell. As we had a pram. Staff was very helpful to take the pram upstairs to the room. However, if there was big it would have been very helpful."

"Well, I only was staying at the hotel for one night before I was departing from Florence, the staff was amazing. From the moment we checked in, they went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything needed for our very early departure, and even were so kind to make a cappuccino at oh-dark-30 before our cab ride. The staff was exceptional. The room was very clean, quiet and cool! I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"The unit we rented was an apartment style with one bedroom and sofa bed. That part of the hotel was brand new and beautifully done. Very quiet and dark in the evening. Very close drive to go up into the hills where there are little villages and many olive trees! Pistoia is a cute old town, which was a 10 min drive from the hotel. "

"Staff was awesome! Rooms were clean. I was a bit stressed when the hotel sent me a message through Expedia but their email is blanked out with the app. There was someone at the hotel upon my afternoon arrival who sent me a code through WhatsApp to access the room. We were here the night before an early flight and the airport shuttle was prompt and courteous. We even had dinner and drinks that I would recommend on the hotel patio. "
