"What a super place ultra clean and well kept. The manager was dealing with a large party but still made us very welcome organising drinks, takeaway pizza and a breakfast - fantastic service. Zudem fahren wir Motorrad und es gibt eine spannende Cross-Strecke in der Nähe. Ein gelungener Urlaub mit Entspannung und Abwechslung. Danke, Treré, ihr seid ein super angenehmes Team. "The Palace Hotel, Cervia is an excellent hotel of its kind in Cervia with excellent premises. and mainly excellent and pleasant frontline staff, except perhaps one. The hotel manager was very kind enough to bring up himself to the room my wife's lost bag which was eventually found but the concierge was not very helpful when she first reported about it. The front desk staff were also very proactive in quickly finding us an alternative, better sea-view room. The hotel is also a pet-friendly hotel...
