My children and I had a really nice stay at Imola, the hotel has a great cafe next door and a laundromat that’s impeccable and modern. The neighborhood is quiet and really nice. The little cafe next door has people hanging out at 11pm.

Check in and check out much to long and complicated, local people were paying much less then tourists. The breakfast was surprisingly good and varied. Animals allowed, heard barking all night in other room, so was an animal in my room before.

Photos suggest a nice roof terrace and accessible pool, neither are the case. Pool is paid and extremely small, terrace is covered and not cozy at all... The wind caused much noise through the shutter in front of my window. Furthermore it was excellent: good breakfast, clean, spacious room.

A bit distant location, but a nice hotel

Reception was friendly and helpful. Room was very big and kind of retro style. Breakfast room was crowded and a bit difficult to use when there were a lot of people. Location is about 3-4km from the city centre, but you can find restaurants, cafés and a supermarket just around the hotel. Also self service laundry is right next to the hotel. One negative (that couldn't be quickly found out on the hotel description) was the use of the pool. Pool is a part of SPA services and that means you'll have to pre reserve it and pay for it. 15e/2,5h. But in the heat it was worth it. Pool area is very small, but nice.

Proactive staff

The first day the a/c was off for an issue at the hotel. The second day the problem was solved and the hotel offered to pay for our 2 dinners because of the inconvenience. Potential deal breaker situation Brilliantly solved. Thanks

Only good review I have is the bed, as I needed a good night sleep. Everything else was very poor. Reception on arrival were slow miserable and not helpful with no enthusiasm. Expensive small glass aperitivo from the “bar” and we could not drink them as they tasted so bad. The glasses were still on the table a few hrs later. The food was awful.. rubbery and burnt. How can you serve thick rubbery veg and tough chicken with burnt chips at a 4*? as well as the staff with no enthusiasm. Max 2*

La stanza era spaziosa e pulita con una bella vista dal nono piano. Il letto era grande e comodissimo. In stanza c’era il bollitore con tea, caffè solubile e camomilla. Tutto il personale gentile e accogliente. Garage coperto gratuito. Colazione varia e buona. Il centro storico di Imola si raggiunge in auto in 5 minuti. Hotel consigliato!!!

Das Hotel hat mit den Bildern auf den verschiedenen Seiten nichts zu tun. Von der Tiefgarage aus bekommt man schon den ersten schlechten Eindruck von dem Hotel. Von dort aus geht man über einen Gang mit einem alten, schmutzigen roten Teppich zu einen Aufzug der alles andere als sauber und gepflegt aussieht. Das gleiche betrifft alle Gänge zu den Zimmer. Die Zimmer selbst sind sauberer als das Hotel aber sehr altgebacken.
