"The staff were really helpful, I was going to arrive late and no one would be at reception but they provided full info on where my room key would be and how to access it. During my stay they couldn't have been more helpful everytime I asked for info. Rooms cleaned everyday and mini toblerones on your bed, yum yum.
I saw maintenance ongoing, which is positive, at least they didn't ignore faults in the hotel and keep going while trying to maximise profit at customers expense like many hotel...
"Picked this hotel at the last minute due to a hiking injury. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly. Rooms are immaculately clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great. I would stay here again for sure. Perfect!"
"Terrible experience. The most unhelpful and most unaccommodating management. Rude. The most basic place for the price of being in the centre of a ski resort like Verbier. No facilities in the rooms. Breakfast was basic. No hot food available. Middle of nowhere. Misrepresented photos of the place. Not a hotel but hostel. Watch the cancellation policy of 30 days! Stay away."
"The hotel had impeccable cleanliness, it has been renovated at some time because everything is up to date and super quaint decor. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Luca the front desk host got us checked in,and situated for our next morning excursion back to the TMB trail. He was very helpful and his personality with his female coworker made us feel very welcomed! We had a great stay. Thank you."
