"Nice little hotel, staff was friendly. Wouldn’t recommend if you were planning on visiting the old town as it’s not exactly walkable and there is 1 cab driver and he charged us 20 euro for a 5 minute drive from the train station but 25 euro for the 15 minute drive up into old town! We booked last minute so that’s on us."

"Beautiful spot in the top of the hill with a fantastic view. You can walk to have an almost 360 degree view of the Tuscany Valley and smell the great collection of roses. Awesome place organized with very nice selection of furniture and modern amenities. The place and the service are really lovely. "

"We came for the pool, but unfortunately it was closed for construction, surrounded by very unattractive bright orange fencing. Neither the hotel’s website nor Expedia mentioned that the pool was closed, so we were very disappointed. However, the property is cute and rustic. "One of our best stays in Italy so far! Super easy to get to from the airport, just pick up your rental car and go. We arrived after the sun had set, even in the dark it was easy to find. Absolutely lovely, just like the pictures! I will say of all the places we have been in Italy, this was the most authentic and real Italian stay. "Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was two twin boxsprings pushed together with very flat pillows. It was like sleeping on plywood. There was alot of street noise plus the windows were very dirty. Breakfast was good. Overall, not worth the money."
