"My mom and I took a girls trip to Italy and stayed here for 3 nights. The property is gorgeous, exactly as pictured, perhaps better. Our room was beautiful, modern and tasteful. "My Wife & I are American tourists visiting Florence for a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. The JOIVY Together Urban Resort was a wonderful place to be our home base. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great english. They helped us out with calling taxis and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! "This hotel is in the center of Florence. You are able to get to all destinations by foot. If you have a rental car, you actually have to pull up in front and they will pick up the car and valet it for you. The only downside is my room didn’t have any air-conditioning so it was a little hot and stuffy at night besides that I would definitely stay here again."
