"Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry"

"Great location, a short walk to night market and Burnham Park. Set up is similar to an airbnb, so amenities are limited. Towels provided were clean but a bit old and worn, and you will need to bring or purchase your own toilet paper as only one is provided. Great value for your money, place is clean and sufficient for a family stay. It is not luxury stay but is clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for the location and price."

"Clean room and hallway. The food was okay. Nothing special and I think it is kinda overpriced compared to outside restaurants. The staffs are very polite and some are shy. I do want to address an issue because I sent a message to their messenger during the stay but no response at all."

"Where do I begin?? Check in process was seamless and very simple, ‘cause the staff was ready for us. Hotel location, does not have any noticeable signage in the front, so you really have to look for entrance! At Check-in we asked about some extra towels for the room, and was advised there is a fee !!!😬 Next, the room, was clean and neat, but super dated!! Like from 1980. Walking in, it all appears well, but hit the fan switch, and you immediately hear the sound of a wobbling spinning noise...

"The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was decent enough. The location was too bad either. Walkable to Burnham park and even the SM mall, if you're a walking person. A bit challenging to get a taxi as it's very popular in Baguio. The room was okay. Clean but very poorly maintained. A lot of things needing upgrading. The shower couldn't even drain properly. "Stayed here for 4 nights during November and actually upgraded to a deluxe room because not all rooms have a/c. The room was massive for just one person but I barely used the a/c which is okay I didn’t mind the space. The breakfast at this hotel is really nice. It’s sort of a mix between Filipino and western options.
