No AC but only a ceiling fan which is also noisy when you turn it on. Walls were not soundproofed, we can hear the noisy guests next to us at 2 oclock in the morning.We didn't really get to sleep well because of the outside noises we heard throughout the night. "The place had a nice hot water and we love the rain shower head. Staff members were very nice. The building and location are excellent! I am giving it a three star because the unit we stayed in had a sewer smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen. Pillows have bad musty odor. Some of the coffee mugs had broken handles. TV only had one channel. The overall unit is good. We had a ver nice stay. "

"Easy check in and check out. The location is excellent and just walking distance to Session Rd and SM. The building where the condo is located has places to eat food. I feel that this building is well secured as it needs key pad to enter the building. The only i wish is that they provide slippers. But overall stay is great! I will definitely stay here again."
