"I enjoyed my stay. The instructions to check in were clear, address given was easy to access. The apartment was clean but I would give more attention to the bathroom cleaning (floors) and to make sure rubbish bins are empty as they were not. Plus balcony had cigarrettes leftovers on the table. I really liked the kitchen and spacious bathroom itself plus comfy bed. Anyway these are not any big issues as anything else was great. "Good location, easy to access buses and Valletta. Room was smaller than expected. Check in was smooth, though 2 separate incidents in the 7 days meant we couldnt access the property or our room due to key issues. Some guests were given keys which effectively locked other guests and staff in and out. At best this was an hour of inconvenience, at worst this is a huge evacuation/ safety issue which we hope is resolved. Staff did try their best to help and were polite."

"Air conditioning was a portable unit in the lounge with the hose going through an open door and hole in the balcony making it unusable, in the bedroom was just a free standing fan. "Wonderful hot tub! Clean, well kept apartment. There was a problem with water but it was sorted out immediately, very impressive as it was Christmas Eve! Having a washing machine was such a bonus. The location was excellent, everything we needed was close. We would recommend staying here and plan to return. We felt totally relaxed when we left! Evenings in the tub, under the stars, brilliant!"
