"saya menginap tipe apartment. Sangat bersih, luas, fasilitas sangat lengkap, sungguh sulit dipercaya saya bisa mendapatkannya dg harga yang murah. Lokasi hotel persis diseberang lego land, hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki melewati mall of medini (sebutan mall agak berlebihan bagi saya, sebenarnya hanya terdiri dr beberapa resto dan mini market). Lingkungan hotel sangat sepi. Tetapi untuk wisata keluarga ke lego land, tidak ada yg lebih baik selain menginap disini. "

"Apartment not furnished for basic needs.
Kitchen doesn't have:
Frying pan, full set of cutlery( no dining knifes), soup plates for cereal, no glasses. No extra garbage bags, no eaxtra toilet paper. No laundry detergent. Oven is marked as temporarily out of service. Fact is it was never used. Fridge was not able to freeze and not even able to keep food cold in fridge section.
This Apartment is more expensive that other apartments in same complex that offer fully furnished apartments and proper...

"The host for this property never provided me check-in instructions and never responded to communications attempts by me or by the hotels.com help disk. I used the ohine number included in the reservation confirmation, and I believe hotels.com help desk used the in-app message service. The host didn't respond to either. I finally had to book last minute elsewhere. This was a pre-paid reservation but as of yet I've been unsuccessful getting a refund. "

"Pool: Poor condition!
Unit: Very clean.
Location: Perfect, lotsa eateries and mini marts.
Check in process: Need improvement between housekeeping & management. Despite advising our check in time and confirmation that we were able to check in at 3pm, our keys arw not available as unit still under housekeeping status. Keys collected close to 5pm. We could have done so much things in that 2hrs waiting!"

"the building is very new, entry to the floors required a pass. It’s easy to get a cab from here as there’s a drop off point right in front. The listing is just a room by itself - the toilet had a slight wet smell but not something serious. Floor was a little dusty but doesn’t affect as well. Our concerns were only that the listing next to ours (They separated 1 unit into 2 listings) we could hear them quite loudly. Other than that, it’s a 3-4 min walk to KSL, so it’s quite convenient.
