"My only issue was in the dining area and I think it was the manager there cause she was taking pictures of the food but while I was there, maybe 6:57 she snapped at me saying it starts at seven. I thought maybe I could just get a cup of coffee, no smiles like the Thai smiles. I guess I was offended. One more thing that coffee machine you need to get a new machine cause that was the worst copy I’ve ever had. It’s like instant."

"We had an amazing experience and extended our stay by an extra week. Room was beautiful,light and spacious with an extremely comfortable bed,a great shower and bath. The air conditioning worked very well and was spotless,as was the room throughout. Breakfast was exceptional,great variety,clean,fresh. Pool was again very clean and hygienic,cleaned daily and a great size. Bars served great cocktails both non alcoholic/alcoholic and happy hour 12-9pm was great value. The team were exceptional throughout all area’s with many with 10 years or more experience at the hotel. Special thanks to the amazing Sutthinan (cake),who was so friendly,efficient and supportive. Apple,housekeeper for our room standard daily,Pao and Heng who provided exceptional friendly service at the beach bar and a big thank you to Cabbage on the egg station at breakfast for making amazing egg Benedict’s. The whole team are very friendly and helpful."

"The location of the property is excellent. The White Sand beach is a wonderful beach with soft sand and calm waters. You are very close to restaurants, bars, and stores. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. The arrival cold towel and cold tea is a very nice touch. It can be a little pricey by Koh Chang standards. Would definitely go back if the price is right."
