A beautiful, if not a little dated, property. Right on the water, adjacent to walking trails and stunning views of the St. Lawrence River and ferry port. The hotel is classic. A comfortable, old world style place. The rooms are well kept, although the bathrooms couldnuse an update. Parking is easy, but the property can be tricky to get to. Worth a stay if you're in Baie Comeau.

Very nice place

The place was very nice and very comfy. It is very quiet and decoration is amazing ! However, the bathroom is a little bit small for me, I am a big tall guy but the rest is very nice ! This hotel has been recommended to me and I recommend it also

We had city view with a bathtub with rust in it, room and bed were clean. No free breakfast was available with stay. Second time there maybe sea view rooms are considered luxury and better cared for. The staff was amazing at the reception area. It was late and he was so accommodating and friendly at 11pm at night. I was tired and a friendly face like his deserves a raise. I will definitely look into Seaview side again.

They are building a very nice extension to the actual premises. The existing place/rooms are old. Nicely maintaines but old. Quiet everywhere, delighted staff, 4.8 stars on 5, considering the bath/shower and fawcets are quite old

Clean and Comfortable. Not Extraordinary.

An expensive hotel promising a great experience does not quite deliver. Good points: the river view is beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. Temperature control also in good order. Some negatives: old and worn furniture. The toilet bowl was not recently cleaned and the room was a bit dusty. The restaurant in the hotel is expensive and the quality does not warrant the price. The grounds are not very exciting. So, it's expensive for a very average hotel experience.
