This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. Communication is nonexistent. I contacted the host/management the day before arrival—no response. I messaged again the morning of—silence. I landed and was essentially stranded, finally receiving the check-in instructions hours after my flight landed.
It only got worse once I actually got inside. There were zero towels provided. When I reached out to staff, it took them a ridiculous...

"I would like to personally thank the staff and everyone at Villas at Auxilio Mutuo for providing such an excellent experience during our stay. "I want to love my stay at ESJ beach hotel, but it had some minor issues! I just hope if i ever do decide to stay there again its would be better. The front desk staff was wonderful! Especially the guy and the young lady with the curly red or orange hair, please keep them!!"
