I booked this hotel a month in advance for my birthday getaway, only to be told the same day as check-in that I was being moved to a completely different property that wasn’t even the hotel. A partial refund doesn’t make up for not receiving the accommodation I booked."

"This was my first time going to San Juan Puerto Rico. I went by myself and I personally was looking for a place where not so many tourists tend to stay. "I liked that the place was convenient to freeways. It was quaint and clean. Visible repairs needed to the walls and ceilings. There were no face cloths and they said they don't provide them. The parking was TERRIBLE. You take a ticket to get in the gate and have to go inside the hospital nearby to pay. Parking was $25 per night. There is a structure nearby that is $6.65 per night but it's a walk and if you have luggage or groceries or elderly/disabled person like I did on this trip, it's not...
