"I would NOT recommend this hotel. I was charged and never allowed to stay, and they refused to refund my money. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. Be careful booking here—they will take your money and not take responsibility.
Terrible experience. I booked through Expedia, arrived, and was denied a stay, yet they still kept my money. No proper explanation and no refund. This feels like a scam. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else. PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE!"

"I absolutely love this place. I took my mom for a quick getaway to release some stress and it did just that. The atmosphere, the sound of the ocean and birds in the morning was just what we needed.
I do have to say we encounter 1 or 2 hiccups. Our room looked spotless but, when we opened the door it smelled like pet. We understand that its a pet friendly place which is one of our many reasons for choosing this awesome place but I did not experience this the first time. Also, our basket...
