"The pool was shut down by the city. The staff was awful ."

"Beds were comfortable but too high for short people. Managed by using my step ladder. I asked for a handicapped accessible shower, but didn’t get one so had trouble getting in and out of the shower. I have a knee prosthetic."

I have long, thick, curly hair - I was able to rinse it, just took a while. It was my first time to Texas/Houston area and I would definitely go back"

"New property, staff was friendly and helpful. There is no elevator, just 2 sets of stairs. The room has a fridge and microwave as well as an ice bucket but there are no ice machines on the property. There is a washer and dryer, very expensive $4 per load. Water pressure is very soft. A/C was good, blew cold!! For the area, it was a decent stay for needing close to the ballpark."

"It’s a little sketch. Toilet did not flush. Definitely an old building that has been remodeled several times. Highway noise from i45 is loud."

"Property was under construction. Was not mention when booked. Elevators didnt work and we were place on the 4th floor with a handicapped person in our party. Definitely not ADA compiant. Construction was going on in the next room over. Construction materials covered alot of the parking lot so could not park close to building."
