"The elevator was broken. We were put on the 3rd floor. The clerk complained about her job. The hot tub was not in working conditions. We normally like to stay at this hotel, but not so much this time. :("

"Staff was amazing check-in and checkout was so simple. Amenities could've been a little bit better. The continental breakfast is a typical lower grade breakfast just muffins and bagels some of those ready to eat frozen sausage links, and what look like real eggs, but they look like they bought them already fried in frozen. They did keep it well stocked as someone was attentive and working the area at all times they did have a small selection of fresh fruit, apples, and banana, bananas and oranges I believe I was happy with it. I didn't have to go buy breakfast somewhere and spend money and I did get ful. The beds are comfortable and nice, comfy pillows, clean white sheets and comforters from choice hotels however the beds are on a metal box stand like a frame a metal pedestal that they set on and anytime you move they make a creaking sound really bad. It's loud. The pool was absolutely wonderful. It was clean, quite very enjoyable. I did not go into the Fitness area however I did look in the window as I was heading to the pool and it looked very nice. Small but very nice. The days that I stayed the hotel had hardly any guests I would say 12 at the most so it was very enjoyable. I don't know how it would be on a much busier day. Again, staff was wonderful check-in was easy prices are reasonable for the amenities available. They were very accommodating to our service canine. "

"Clean room, awesome front desk staff! Breakfast was great, many choices. Many of us stayed there from out of town for a wedding and it was fun. Will definitely return! "

"Our stay at the Baymont was a disaster! Initially we were placed in a room that was adjacent to a service room that had ongoing noisy equipment, and needless to say, we weren’t going to get any sleep being in that room. We requested being moved to another room so that we could get some sleep after a long day driving on the road. By the next morning we had discovered room conditions that were shockingly disgusting. Summed up, areas around the room were covered in dust and filth that resembled a crypt that had been ignored for a very long period of time. There were portions of the walls that were in definite need of repair, along with a long crack along the wall and ceiling that seemed to be covered with mold. Couldn’t wait to report our findings, along with several pictures which I both showed and emailed to the desk clerk that exhibited our concerns, as we were getting ready to check out. We stated to the desk clerk that we should not be charged for a room that had such despicable conditions. Strangely, the clerk did not even seem surprised at our report regarding the condition of our room, but basically indicated that there was nothing he could do regarding cancelling charges for the room. I immediately requested to see the manager, but was informed that he wasn’t in yet and that I could come back in ten minutes to see him. After 25 minutes the manager was still a no show, but was told that the manager could give us a call since we were anxious to continue with ou"
