"The employee who keeps an eye out during breakfast was nice. The lady who was working front desk close to check out was rude, but that’s okay. Some people just have their days. But the worst part was I didn’t have a way to make coffee in my room. That’s one of the reasons I like booking with Holiday Inn, but for some reason this time the coffee machine wasn’t provided. "

Bed uncomfortable and pillows were bad. Heating unit was old and working loudly.
