Filled in the online form to have 30min massage add on which was not scheduled - the spa apologized multiple times and gave me a 30min massage for free. Left my credit card on the front desk - they hired a taxi driver to chase me to the airport and sent it to me. Such awesome service!

Hotel manager Ozgut was exceptional addressing some minor issues with the room. You can see that management is very keen on providing 5 star service to a beautiful facility , that is located in very good part of the city.

Beautiful property with large, gorgeous rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The location is great and very close to the Bulvar. Lots of restaurant options once you get to Bulvar also, and easy transportation via taxi or limousine. I would recommend views to the old city (Icherisheher), as the sea view rooms also face a busy street in the front. From the back, you can see the ancient city, it's quiet, and you have a great view of the Flame Towers. I would try to go to Baku when they're not preparing for Formula 1, which puts fences all over the area and detracts from the beauty.

No sense confidentialiy and tactfulness from Hotel

The hotel is nice, very well located but procedures are questionable. I advised hotel about night arrival 3 times and got confirmation, but when my plane landed I got a text message that hotel is trying to charge my credit card without my presents - and my bank blocked the card.. I had to sort that at 5 am On the last day some drunk guy was trying to contact me at 1 am and service desk disclosed my information and call my room at 1 am waking me up from deep sleep asking me if I know the guy.. I was shocked.. no disclosure or considerations.
