3 floors NO ELEVATOR! And 1 MORE steep floor inside. Bathroom smells and shower difficult to work. Mattress is worn, slightly lumpy. AC wasn’t working till last day. Staff, outside of manager, were well meaning and helpful. The location is very good if you want to be near historic district

I stayed at Moxen Boutique Hotel in Baku and had a very good experience. The hotel is small and cozy, everything is done with taste and without unnecessary luxury. Check in was quick, the staff were polite and professional, not intrusive but always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony and a nice city view, it was especially приятno to have coffee in the morning. A big plus for the quiet atmosphere, it is calm at night and you can sleep well. Breakfast was good, everything fresh, not a huge variety but enough. The location is convenient, not far from the city center and close to everything you need. Overall I expected something average but got better. Good value for money and I can recommend this hotel.
