I have travelled too many countries but this hotel is the best hotel ever stayed in. Hotel located in the centre near to many delicious Azerbaijanian restaurants. Hotel rooms immaculately clean also very modern and stylish. Room very spacious ànd cozy. Bed was comfortable breakfast delicious and too many things I can write to here about this hotel and their services.

Location is very good. Staff is friendly. I didn't realize that room doesn't have a window. Our room on the same floor as the spa. Humidity is high, and room temperature is 26C. A/c does not work. Such as hotness with humidity are not the thing we expected for our stay. Also, handle of room door was difficalt to operate. Its never had opened from one move. Also, there is no hot tub

First night i stayed their apartment room and next say changed. Good idea they mixed antique and luxury decoration combinate together. Near police station and it is very safety for us in City Center. But i didnt feel me and my family uncomfortable in Baku. Thanks!

Baku is a city where modernity and history come together beautifully. It was truly an amazing experience, far beyond my expectations. I thought I would need a whole week to see the city, but I managed to explore so much in just one day. The hotel I stayed at was right in the city center, which helped me a lot. I would also love to try their spa services next time.

Amazing hotel with amazin view! Old rooms in Modern hotel. Same like Baku. Very clean place, rooms comfortable. There is also Spa. But i didnt have time for check there. It was nice explore in Baku. Housekeeper, reception and waiter stuff is very helpfull.

The rooms are not like what is pictured here. We thought we were getting a room with cool arcitecture. Our room looked like an office from the 1970's. We did not get a king sized bed like advertised. The towels are like something that should be used as rags for cleaning. The bathroom was dirty. The breakfast was terrible. The staff is very eager to be helpful and kind. They got us taxi rides and were great with directions. The location is perfect to walk to the waterfront and old town.

Absolutely disgusting hotel room! We booked a city view delux room. Bathroom tiny toilet leaking mould around shower and floor. No city view -we were overlooking rubbish bins the hotel building back courtyard. Just horrible. We advised reception this was not up to standard of what we paid or booked. Reception staff argued with us for 30 mins advised they were full. We ended up having to pay for an upgrade in cash! Had to ask for toilet paper every day, a number of requests direct to house cleaning & men on reception. Towels not refreshed daily. Broken lights, no working batteries in aircon remote or clock. The most disgraceful hotel I’ve ever stayed in and booked through Expedia. Reception video showed a very different room style 100% dissatisfied !!
