We liked it. It is not fibe stars hotel, but for the price it is the best option which includes breakfast. I would reconnmen for family stay.

I sent them a notice before my arrival stating that I will arrive early in the morning (around 4:00). I did not get any response from the hotel. I arrived there, the reception is closed and I waited until 7:00. The room smells bad and the toilet is not good. If you take a shower the water goes around the floor.

الفندق بعيد عن الخدمات ومركز المدينة تم احتساب قيمة الاطعمة في الثلاجة بالرغم من عدم استخدامنا لأي شي والسبب نسيان العاملات لإستكمال نواقص الثلاجة عند خروج النزيل السابق واعتقاد ادارة الفندق بأننا نحن من تناول الاطعمه والمشروبات !!

There is always traffic to leave to get anywhere

The Staff were really attentive and kind. The roads are busy - lots of traffic to leave the area. Housekeeping we slow - but available. The restaurant is not good - we ordered room service and got cold food after waiting for 45 minutes... Breakfast is limited and also not good.

В отеле всё было хорошо - при заселении были обнаружены неудобства в номере и нас без проблем переселили в другой, на порядок лучше. Не совсем удобно, если не сказать - совсем неудобно- расчёт только в национальной валюте или картой, другая валюта (доллары США или рубли РФ) не принимаются, хотя в ресторане в городе у нас готовы были принять любую валюту для расчета за обед . Мы заселились в субботу, когда выходные дни в банке, и было крайне проблемно как-то существовать в городе. Отель находится достаточно далеко от центра города, приходилось пользоваться транспортом отеля (до метро минут 15 ходьбы), а это дополнительно 8 AZN или порядка 300 рублей в один конец. Но отель здесь ни при чём - это можно было видеть при бронировании. Отдельное спасибо водителю Мураду- очень профессиональный сотрудник, хороший гид, который сглаживает существующие неудобства. Спасибо ему большое за гостеприимство и знание русского языка! Как вывод - при выборе отеля не в центре города можно спокойно и уверенно выбирать Premier Hotel и пользоваться услугами водителя Мурада.

HORRIBLE experience!

Upon arrival I was given a smoking room. Now to ensure I had not mistakenly booked a smoking room, I looked at my reservation. No, I had clearly booked a NON-smoking room. The smell was so horrendous it was difficult to sleep and my entire suitcase of clothing smelled for the rest of my week long trip. The breakfast looked like the food had been sitting out for hours(meats, etc) and I was concerned about getting ill eating it. The only bright spot was I was able to take a bottle of water. The rest of the food was not worth even going up for. Then to top it off, I had been given a very reasonable quote the evening before for a car service for touring the next day. Upon check out the price suddenly changed drastically. No thanks. I then gave my credit card to pay, which has a chip. They DAMAGED my credit card continuously trying to swipe it. Then, they repeatedly told me it was MY card that was not working and insisted I would have to go to an ATM to withdraw money. They even put the hotel manager on the phone. I repeatedly tried to explain to him that if there was a problem with the card, then there was a FREE way to call my credit card company. He refused. Then, lo and behold another customer checked out and they realized it was THEIR problem with their machine. Go figure! I wasted an HOUR of my time that morning handling the mess. At that point I refused any kind of car service into the city and left on foot to the metro. WORST HOTEL STAY EVER!

Nice hotel with charming staff

Very friendly staff keen that you enjoy not only their hotel but all that Baku has to offer . Rooms are a good size and spotlessly clean , with good quality beds and pillows . They have a small restaurant on the top floor which they kept open for us to enjoy a late night traditional azerbaijan meal and provided a free breakfast the next morning . Are only difficulty was finding the hotel on the confirmation the number was 28 in reality the hotel is at 48 ,

Hi! I stayed at Premier Hotel, Baku, for 5 days, from 29.09.14 to 04.10.14. I enjoyed a lot during my stay at this hotel. The staff and spesially its Manager Mr. Nasimi were very Cooperative With me, they tried their best to provide everything I needed during my stay. I was spesially satisfied With the Hotel's driver/guide Mr. Murad who drove me around and showed several interesting and historical places in Azerbaijan. Mr. Murad is a very nice person who speaks good English and know all the important Places you should visit in Azerbaijan.

Great family atmosphere

The hotel is great, especially the people are warm and nice, trying to help immediately when what ever is needed. Big plus is this family atmosphere, hotel is well maintained. Bit further from the city centre but close by taxi (hotel taxi is cheaper then normal on street one so use it, on street there is so many thiefs as taxi drivers...). Minuses - the breakfast was really poor, nothing to select from and thats it. Good value for money, great service.

accueil remarquable

tres bon hotel services de qualités , la propreté de ma chambre rien a redire seul bemol le petit dejeuner pas assez fourni et manque de plats chaud , le café du matin est sacré pour moi alors commencer la journée avec un café soluble pas le top .un service de massage en chambre serait un plus . sinon rapport qualitée prix rien a redire c'est un tres bon hotel . je le recommande . merci a toutes l'équipes .
