"Hotel excellence: management, staff, gelato at check in, room size, room service menu (selection and food quality), housekeeping, proximity to shops, hotel transport to shops. Areas to improve: too much toxic room fragrance used throughout the property!! All four of us (2 rooms) were allergic and had continuous headaches, from the guest rooms (rooms had to be aired out to stay inside) and in the lobby!!"

"Great place to stay! Rooms are very spacious and it just feels great every time you enter the hotel. The staff were excellent, super friendly. If you ever needed anything, they were quick and efficinet to respond. The only issue was that the cleaning of the room wasnt done well, but when we told them about this, they rectified it the next days. It was our first holiday with our daughter and would love to stay back at this hotel. "
