"Don’t count on transport arrangements being completed correctly. Got to airport and no shuttle transport had been set up even though I had an email confirming arrangements had been made. "Great hotel, staff very good and polite and have good communication. Disappointed that a complimentary late check out wasnt available after spending over £2k and staying at the hotel for 8 days. Room card was disabled exactly at 12pm, i had left somrthing in the room when i walked out and couldnt go back in to get it. Quite disappointing to an amazing hotel. Beautiful views across the hotel and great beach. Did not really enjoy the food at the restaurants so chose to order in remaining days....
