"We stayed two nights for the World cup. Location is exceptional- just a short block to the free Streetcar stop at Metro Center. It’s one stop to Power and Light which is also an easy walk, and the street car also takes you tot museums and the plaza. Staff were extremely helpful and checked in throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Our room was clean and quiet and comfortable. We would 100 % stay here again."

"Really nice Marriott in downtown KC. Walking distance to the Power and Light district. Went for the World Cup 2026 Fan Fest. Was a$10 Uber ride. Room is very clean, comfortable, and good views. Nice firm bed. Walk-in shower with good soaps and water pressure. The lobby area has great bar area with a huge 30feet screen for watching sports, and dozens more TVs all around the area. "De kamers waren schoon.Iedere dag schone handdoeken. Personeel was erg behulpzaam en was geïnteresseerd in de gesprekken. Ligging accommodatie kon niet beter. Hartje Centrum, maar in een rustige omgeving. Mocht ik terug gaan naar Kansas City Missouri, weet ik waar ik ga verblijven."

"Ac in my hotel room had went out. I will say that I was able to get in another room within 30 mins. Downside the room had no towels, mold in the bathroom and the vent in the bathroom in the ceiling was missing."

"The air conditioning was broken during an extreme heat wave. It had been broken. They did not tell guests when they checked in it was broken misrepresenting what was advertised for amenities for the hotel. They took the $520/night and waited for guests to “discover” this very unpleasant surprise. Shockingly unprofessional and amongst the worst staff and hotel experiences I’ve ever had."

"Great location. Walkable/drivable to Crown Center and The Crossroads. Very cute boutique hotel-I recommend the deluxe version of the rooms. Lots of space and very well decorated. Nespresso available all day. Also available cookies and wine in the afternoon. Cute rooftop."

"Breakfast was great with so many options to choose from. Shower didn't work the best and our room seemed like an after thought and added as a room right off the lobby by the elevators and rest rooms just to make more money. Staff was excellent!!!!"
