"Well, how can I start...... Breakfast very limited. Orange Juice spoiled. Room w/o clean all day all night. No toilet paper, not towels and no one available to provided. A man, was directed by the Hampton stuff to my room and walked in, not nocked, with a Key a 6.30 in the morning. When i called my Husband/s name, who was using the bathroom , the mas said oh, occupied, sorry and left. that was it!!!! Front desk stated , " oh it was the electrician" very, very , very disappointed I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Went to check in. No clerk. He was out partying with some of the lowlifes in the parking lot. We saw used needles, feminine pads on the asphalt. We got up to our room… no elevator had to take stairs. No real biggie. BUT… we were able to push our room door open. NOT locked. NOT able to be locked! No entry light worked. There was no latch on the door inside, no bedside table. The room was filthy like it had not been used in years. Went into the bathroom and there were spiderwebs and bugs crawling. We counted at least four in the bathroom alone. Who knows what was in the carpeting or the bedding!!! I went back to the front desk… told him we couldn’t stay in the room like that: he didn’t care. At that point we didn’t WANT to stay in that scumbag motel. I want to give it LESS THAN ONE STAR!!! Could not get my money back but I didn’t care at that point. DON’T STAY HERE!!"

"Great place. West Orange is a nice town to visit and dine in. The hotel is nice but the beds were really high and had to jump on them to get on!"

"My particular room which is a king suite, was clean and spacious enough for a solo traveler. But the second floor, breakfast area is going under major renovation and it is filled with lot of broken furniture. Breakfast is not that great as well. It does say hot breakfast with very limited healthy options. No waffle maker and no fresh oatmeal. Lot of sugary,processed and high carb options are available. They do not even have sugar free creamers which was a very big inconvenience if you are not into cane sugar. Overall I felt they are running this place on a very tight budget while overcharging the people who are booking there. Quality is not up to the IHG brand. Holiday inn is way better."
