"The main reason for giving this review the rating I did was due to cleanliness. It could been much cleaner. You could tell it isn’t being properly cleaned. That alone would increase my review. Also, the pool water wasn’t the best but seemed as if it got a lot of use that day as well. "

"Hotel was conveniently located for my visit. Room was very clean and had plenty of space. All hotels could benefit from more hooks in bathroom and as you come in the room to hang stuff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Rooms have very thin walls where you can hear your neighboor's TV as if you were in the same room. Despite the photogenic appearance of the property's rooms, lobby, and amenities - this location is a live event space that acts as a hotel as a side hustle."

"Mold in the shower, room heat/ac constantly blew some sort of dust and debris into the air. Only two smallish bath towels for two people - minimal at best. Breakfast was also sparse and I hope you like a parcooked egg thing that didn’t qualify for the omelet name it was given. That’s the best way to state the condition of the room and property - minimal at best. Disappointing for a Hampton Inn. "

"This particular Hyatt Regency is in a terrible need of complete renovation. The room I stayed in had HVAC issues and plumbing problems. Tacky old decor makes a place very unpleasant looking. There are better options in the area."

"The room itself was nice. Comfortable bed, nice tv. However...the bathroom was absolutely horrendous. The tub/shower specifically. The tub walls have been painted and the paint was chipped everywhere. The plug to the drain was missing so no taking a bath (not that i would in the condition it was in) the bar soap holder was chipping paint so nowhere to put that. The door to the bathroom was chipping paint. Behind the door near the corner of the tub there was black im assuming mold growing. The...
