"Kind staff. Very helpful with top tips and the location was great. On the last day it rained so we were allowed a later check out as we travelled with our young daughter. The team were kind enough to give a cover for our push chair also to ensure we did not soak in the way down to the bus station. Lovely place, historic and beautiful buildings. Can’t go wrong"

"Even though i had booked a ground floor studio we were placed upstairs because the manager thought it would be better for a family! I had booked the ground floor as I have mobility issues! The stairs were made of stone & had worn to different shapes which I found very difficult. We complained & had some money returned but this did not help with problems with the stairs! "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is truly ideal: centrally located in the old town, yet remarkably quiet. The neighborhood is vibrant, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience."

Lovely patio doubles as an al fresco breakfast space, plus a comfortable seating area in front of the hotel for cocktails or coffee while people watching. Perfect location right in the old town pedestrian area with tons of restaurants and shops, plus a walk to the beach and the Fortezza. Staff from front desk, to barista, to breakfast, to housekeeping all stellar."

"Great reception , two day turnaround for towels not the best especially in summer . Parking a big problem , the hotel does not have on site and street parking could be streets away . "
