"The hotel was an incredible stay. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The only downside of the hotel was the shower had such high pressure which was incredible and amazing, but the shower drain filled up too quickly so had to have the shower on a lower pressure. The shower drains are probably clogged. Other than that the hotel was beautiful and best buffet breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel so far."

"4 stars are because its not a new build and its age is showing in some areas. In saying that, we would rebook if in Brisbane again. The airport shuttle service was a bonus. A tip we would have liked to have known... the room we had was on second floor and, being over 65, I struggled a bit with getting heavy suitcases up stairs. Ask for a lower floor room if this would cause you an issue"

"Last minute rates was good. When ringing to speak with staff they was super helpful Got my code to enter the building & room as I checked in around 10pm Room was clean The bed for me was super comfy I loved it along with the pillows. If i ever go back to Brisbane I'll stay there again before my flight super close to airport Free parking also bonus"
