"This hotel was more like a night club with a hotel sandwiched between the two clubs. The staff were so nice, and very fun. Our stay was short, just one night. But, our room had a broken air unit. Called the desk before heading over to a Reds game, came back, air was still not fixed. It took me 4 phone calls and a trip to the front desk and eventually we were given a different room. I feel like after paying $400+ for 1 night we should have been comped. Overall stay was okay. 3 min walk to ballfield and great staff."

"Shower floor was so slippery that we had to hang onto shower door handle, several bedside outlets didn’t work, which were needed for CPAP, and the light switch at the entrance to our room didn’t turn on lights, forcing us to walk around in the dark until we found other switches. When we talked to the manager, she was rude, passive aggressive, and blamed us for not reporting it at 1AM, when she could have given us a different room, which was not a useful solution. "

"Pricey breakfast buffet ($26per), but expected for location & selection. Wasted water in the morning until hot. Airport shuttle drops off/pickup directly in front of hotel. Easy walking distance to stadiums."

"Love this hotel chain! Having 24 hour access to such an amazing art collection makes an insomniac like myself heart’s sing. Will definitely stay here the next time we are Cincinnati. "

"First, I have read that this property is under new management and am inclined to believe it. They seem to be working to provide the best experience they can with the resources they have. The staff was as good as I've had anywhere: courteous, kind, responsive. The building is run down and needs remodeled and a deep cleaning, but the linens were clean and we never saw the first sign of pests. This hotel is in a rough area right next to the interstate, so it is loud when you are trying to sleep, and(though no one ever tried to bother us) I wouldn't recommend travelling on foot alone. Unfortunately pretty much every day we saw someone who was clearly in the throes of substance abuse while we walked to the convention center. Overall, for the right purpose I would recommend this hotel, but not for families with children or solo travelers."

"Arrived around 2pm attempted to check in and no rooms were available, which is understandable. The they assured rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 4pm. I arrive back at 8pm after the Reds game and my room still wasn't ready and to come back in 10 mins. Once I come back still not ready due to the Manager needs to do the room inspection. I eventually get to check in at 9pm which is unacceptable"

"Check-in was smooth and professional. The room was clean and the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. However, the air conditioner system was quite a bit louder than expected. The hotel had a pool, but was smaller than the pictures made it look, was surprisingly quite cold, and there was no hot tub (note that hotel does not advertise having a hot tub). There was a coffee maker with a few coffee pods in the room, but there was no free access coffee in the lobby. For a higher volume coffee drinker like me, that was disappointing. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for coffee. The buffet breakfast was pretty basic, had less options than what I normally expect for this hotel chain. However, the breakfast staff were very professional and helpful. I decided not to try the hotel restaurant after looking at the online menu, noting the lack of kid friendly options. Perhaps they had kid friendly options not listed on the online menu, but I did not ask. The prices are high, but expected for location and hotel type. I did not utilize the valet parking. There is one parking garage on the same block as the hotel, and another parking garage across the street from the hotel. Prices were reasonable, but also somewhat frustrating that we had to pay for parking in addition to paying for the hotel. Shout out to Rosie’s Restaurant around the corner for the excellent and delicious food, and also to servers who were very accommodating of our small children. "
