"What a cool hotel! We travel quite often & this hotel stood out with the old renovated building with the loft-style rooms with high ceilings. Great location with the park & trails next door & within walking distance to lots of places."

"Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I am not sure if you have to request housekeeping to clean your room but they never cleaned my room. I stayed from Friday to Monday morning. There was also a shortage of towels and wash clothes. Housekeeping staff was extremely overwhelmed and frustrated with management. Many were overheard complaining as I walked down the hall while they were cleaning rooms for more guests. The location was super convenient for Penn Relay events. I would stay here again, but request that my room be refreshed daily."

"Great hotel only had snacks in the lobby which were great HUGE tv to watch the game on I mean HUGE very nice hotel everything was on Point - parking is like 60 for 24 hours valet only which I feel Is kinda allot though BUT self park across the way is the same $$ soooo"

"When we went into the room, it smells like clorox. Bed were comfy. Bathroom was clean. There was not a lot of options for food and drinks on-site. We were there for a wedding, so it was good for one night."

"Front desk man at.night was overcooked and the hotel was overbooked and its been a week and um still waiting for my refund, very nice plave but ridiculous to get a room there tells you multiple rooms are available but they have been sold out for hours bow while people are still buying for ridiculous prices and thinking they have a room waiting for them...ruined my whole honeymoon..."

"Curtains have many small holes and it looks like stars shining through at night Tub needs to be refinished, felt unsafe,"
