The bed I’m sleeping smells smoking cigarettes &dirty what a place it’s needs to shouts down I will never come back to this place ever again that’s terrible I was there to see my mom and I was in the hotels with my daughter &grandson I’m hopping I don’t get a bed bugs I got to bumps in my body I get from this place dirty never again

Room doors on 5th floor requires fixing. Looks like a break in occurred previously. Elevators stopped in-between floors for a few seconds and then proceeded. Only the hotel lobby is clean and smells like bleach. When asked for a different room due to broken door, the 2nd room was no better. I daughter and I checked out immediately after check in. I never received my refund

It was absolutely filthy! Hallways have not been vacuumed in what seemed like months. Asked for a change of bedding because of many stains and all they did was flip them over......just very dirty. Would never stay there again!

The place was grimy, homeless people using the breakfast bar, drug addicts homeless wandering about, loitering and parking on the premises. Laundry not available, fitness room has a sign that says closed due to covid regulations, so you know that sign has been there for years.

Black mold on box spring

The overall stay was okay. I did however, want to complain about the mold that was growing on the box spring. I didn’t say anything to the front desk because I had to rush when I checked out due to work. But I kind of feel sick. I would like atleast a partial refund if possible.

Not too far from broken goblet brewery via/uber

Stayed there many times before for work it’s priced right and I don’t get bit lol no really and it’s relatively close to casino , broken goblet brewery and lots of food options. Easy to get on and off turnpike. And not too far from Philly for a day trip !

The first room we received was not the one we reserved. We like to check the beds before sleeping anywhere just in case and our beds had gross stains all over them like bloody? The room also smelled of roach spray and smoke (it was a nonsmoking room). When we went back downstairs to tell them this wasn’t the room we reserved, the woman tried to twist it on me to say that it was the room I reserved, but I showed her my receipt and then blamed the app because it’s a “third party”. The room we got next was only three rooms down, then completely smelled of chlorine and yet this building doesn’t have a pool which was strange. There was dust, dirt, stains, and hair on the wall still, the windows were severely dirty they need a heavy duty cleaning outside of them, AND we checked the beds again to find a piece of broken glass underneath the actual mattress and smaller stains on the mattress again. If it wasn’t for time constraints, we would’ve gotten a full refund at the front desk and gone to the holiday inn across the street. It was actually so ridiculous, I can’t make this up.

The hotel is in a convenient location. The people working there were polite and helpful. There was adequate parking and the building and lobby look okay. The room itself had mostly cosmetic things broken or missing. The electric wiring was rigged and definitely not up to code. The bed was noisy. The room looked clean but the drawers were dirty inside.
