"The coffee machine in my room wasn't working so I went down to the front desk explained the situation Charles sent out the request and the from the time I got back to my room from the front desk maintenance was there with a replacement. WOW!"

"Staff friendly and respectful. Shout out to your front desk staff. Room was clean. I had two rooms with two different issues. The first the a/c was set at 65 degrees and that’s where the temperature STAYED. Yes, we tried the heat. Thermostat set to 85, still no heat. We did call maintenance but he showed us how to use the thermostat and quickly left. The shower in the second room did not get hot for then 20 mins. Didn’t realize the issue until 6am."
