"The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a king room with lots of space. The bathroom had all the essential amenities. Breakfast was available and many people seemed to be taking advantage of it. Check in and out was quick and easy."

"Like lipstick on a pig. Cheap updates made to an already outdated property. Paper thin towels and sheets. The 2nd floor was under construction. Had to move from a room on that floor. The room smelled damp and musty, like air hadn’t circulated in it for over a year. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating."

"Great hotel! Clean, comfortable and felt at home. HUGE SPACIOUS area for breakfast!! Even though my ac in the room sounded like it had a book with pages ruffling in it all week I didn’t care because the hotel was nice! And also, speaking of breakfast - the gentleman that ran the breakfast area during the week?? ABSOLUTE LEGEND! I’ve never seen someone more attentive and caring - I would stay here again just for his attention to detail and expertise! 10/10"

Unfortunately, the other room was next to people who were constantly arguing and the walls were very thin, so my 14 year old daughter couldn't sleep and she even went to the extent that she slept on the floor in our room until they slept, which was around 1am. "The room was not cleaned (short staffed) but the front desk readily gave us clean towels and an apology. The shower floor was very slippery with a few errant pieces of rough tape place haphazardly in the floor. Front desk suggested we put a towel on the floor for safety. The rate of the room is great and I appreciated that, but the airco vent was right next to the desk which made using the desk uncomfortable with cold air blowing on you.
