"The beds are absolutely terrible, as are the pillows and comforters. They need replaced. The wall paper is peeling away from the walls. The restaurant was the worst part. We arrived around 6:40pm the first night, went for dinner and stood waiting for the hostess for about 5 minutes. Was seated around 6:45pm and had decided what we wanted but every server walked by and didn’t say a word or even acknowledge that we had been there for a bit or even ask if they could take our order or get us drinks....

"This was one of the best hotel stays we have ever had. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was so spacious and comfortable. Our room, the bathroom, and the whole place was very clean and lovely. The breakfast was delicious: waffles, a hot egg and meat selection, bananas and tangerines, milk, cereal, bagels, 4 juice choices, coffee and tea, oatmeal, yogurt and lots more. We will definitely try to stop here again when we travel."

"The hot tub was excellent, excellent water pressure and the water temperature stayed hot for a long time. The rooms were quiet no shared walls meant no noisy neighbors. The bed was actually comfortable. The pillows were awful 18” decorative pillows not bed pillows. There were 3 lightbulbs out in our room. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the fan in the water closet sounded like a dying dinosaur. For a stay beyond a day or 2 there was no dresser and only 2 hangers in the closet no way to...

"They rented us a moldy dirty room. Used bar of soap still in the shower so clearly wasn’t even cleaned after last use. The room was dusty and musty smelling so who knows when it was last rented out. When I spoke with the front desk I was told “we are shutting down that floor next week for renovations” as if that was an acceptable excuse to rent out a moldy room. Mold was visible throughout the walls and ceilings in both the bathroom and bedroom space. Microwave had someone’s spilled food inside....
