Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
A filthy dump. Smoke alarm kept going off in the hallway and in the rooms due to guests bad cooking and marijuana use. The room was disgusting. I wouldn’t have my dog stay there. They have complementary coffee in the mornings and tell you since the rooms have kitchenettes you can buy & make your own breakfast. Overall, the hotel has an unpleasant smell, bordering on disgusting. Don’t look in the ceiling vents and you don’t want to remove the lampshades either to check the nonworking lightbulbs. Disgusting with filth dust, and who knows what else. Pubic hair in the bathtub, hot and cold water faucet backwards. shockingly the air conditioner worked very well and was quiet.

The rooms were dirty when we checked in. We were lodged in 2 rooms, and both rooms were dirty. It was later taken care of after it was reported to the staff. Staffs are willing to help. I like the kitchen, where you can quickly heat up some water and make some boiled eggs. My teenage children made use of the gym, and they liked it. They also went to the pool to have some fun.

First room we were given smelled terrible, blood stains on the pillow, mold everywhere in the bathroom, and under the bed was a wreck. Easily the worst hotel cleanliness I have ever seen. The associate up front was helpful in giving us a new room that wasn’t quite as bad as the first. Overall, I would never come to this hotel again.

Great value for money in a 2-star hotel. We pulled in at 1:30 am. The night clerk who checked us in was friendly and courteous despite the hour. Place was clean as a whistle. Convenient location right off I-81, but we didn't hear any highway noise in our room.
