The level of cleanliness was absolutely outstanding — truly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever experienced. Both the rooms and the common areas were maintained to an exceptionally high standard, which made a huge difference to my overall experience. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. The front desk service was fast, pleasant, and efficient. Every question I had was answered, and I received help with every small request or issue, always with a smile and a positive attitude. The breakfast was excellent — very tasty, with a wide variety of options, including great choices for vegetarians, which I truly appreciated. The hotel was quiet and peaceful, making it very comfortable and relaxing to sleep throughout my stay. I would also like to especially mention the doorman, who was absolutely lovely. It was always a pleasure to see him whenever I returned to the hotel — he was welcoming, warm, and friendly at all hours of the day and night. This was without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future and will gladly recommend it to everyone whenever I get the chance. "

"We had a great comfortable room and everything was fine. We really appreciate the water cooler on every floor to minimize the use of plastic bottles and have access to as much water as we need. Staff is extremely efficient when there is an issue. We have stayed here many times and will continue to do so."
