Listing says 5 minute walk to the pier------- it is very steep hill---- only a serious athlete could do it in 5 minutes."

"The house is very isolated. Not feasible to walk back and forth to Sabang, where the closet market is located. The house had not been cleaned in weeks, which meant the beds were very dusty. Recommend bringing your own linens. There was no drinking water or wifi, and breakfast was not included as advertised. Power goes out often (not Bahay Isla's fault), so good luck sleeping when the weather is hot. "

"Accommodation is about 30 minute walk up a mountain side from Puerto Galera. There are no local shops or other facilities nearby. Upon arrival, we were led through an overgrown forecourt to our room. It has no hot water and the water pressure is so week, it is difficult to take a shower. The staff told us that we could extend our stay if we wanted, as there was no booking following ours. They also said, we didn't need to pre-order breakfast from the menu the night before. "The Beach View was wonderful. Also an open air restaurant approx 30 yards from the Sea was great. The bungalow was very clean and hot water in the shower. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cups and flat ware. The TV due to Wifi had problems. Other than the TV, i would stay in this lodging anytime. Very reasonably priced through Expedia. "What what do you think about the property that it was very safe inconvenience everything in allow me to visit with the locals. I wasn’t feeling well one morning and the staff was all over it. He was able to take my blood pressure to assure that I was doing fine anything and everything that I requested or ask for was provided. There wasn’t an iron so they had a staff iron my outfit so I have something to wear, I left resort feeling like I was part of the family. "
