"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at the REED Hotel in Siófok. The hotel is modern and welcoming, and my room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I had booked half board about six months in advance. Unfortunately, due to a recent stomach surgery, I was unable to have breakfast or dinner during my stay. "Lake Balaton was picturesque and relaxing. The hotel was beautiful, extremely well maintained inside and out. The staff were very helpful and everyone we walked past said hello/good morning/good afternoon - we felt welcome. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The wellness centre was brilliant and we made a point of going to soak in the warm pool each morning. My husband also used the sauna & cooler pool. "We never spent a single night here We arrived the night of Aug 2 for a six night stay and left within the hour. The building was unlit, and there were large spiders around the entrance and the key fob panel. Inside the apartment there were spiders in every room. My husband tried clearing them with a vacuum and we kept finding more. When we opened the balcony door, it was far worse than anything inside. I called the reception number twice and texted at 11:44 PM to say we were leaving and why. No...
