"Everything was good accept the room was not ready on time and when you have three kids, it creates problems. The front desk guy put our family in a handicap room with no bathtub. I reserved a regular room. The front desk guy argued with me because he said the handicap room did have a bathtub when in reality it didn't. A lack of accountability and a lack of knowledge of the hotel room layouts should be addressed my management."

"We stayed here during our Disney stay for 5 days . It’s easy access to Disney (by bus about 8 min ride). It is close enough to walk but maybe not for littles . We chose to ride the bus . Close to target and other restaurants.
The hotel it self is ok . It clean enough . Some things to note there is no washer and dryer or hair dryer . There is a laundry place around the corner, a short walk .
The staff was great everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful .
