"Easy check-in, clean room"

"The breakfast was fresh and a complete breakfast, rather than a continental breakfast. The beds are super comfortable and the pillows are perfect. A surprisingly quiet hotel across from a large hotel."

"Needs a shower that has shower doors and needs better lighting in the restroom. Breakfast hours aren't convenient especially when people on vacation. "

"Disgusting hotel. No idea how it has a 7.8 rating. Stains on the walls, the towels and bedsheets. Sketchy outside area. You could not close the bathroom door unless you stood in the shower. The TV went out at one point. Whenever we needed help, the main office was totally empty with no employee to be found. The photos for this hotel and very misleading. I would call it a roach motel instead. I booked for 3 nights, and left after 1 night. Beware."

"The only thing i was not happy about was, I told the person checking us in the night before that i wanted to pay in cash the next day when we checked out, But when we checked out they had all ready charged my credit card, and the man at the desk didn't want to even try to refund us. But other than that is was a great hotel, clean, close to the doctors office that we needed to go to early in the morning. We would stay again if needed."

"I love the breakfasts at Holiday Inn Express, but the room was not deep cleaned. The bathtub had orange gunk growing in the corner, the bathroom fan was filthy with dust, and it smelled musty in the room. This may be because it was a pet room. We do appreciate that they allow pets, but the smell was more musty than dog. A nice property outside the room, and just a bit of spring cleaning would make the whole property worth returning."

"I would highly recommend this property. The front desk staff were very kind and insistent. The room was exceptionally clean, the property as well taken care of, and the parking is right outside the door. It is at a corner where there’s a gas station and several food places, including the always available McDonald’s right across from the hotel. I did not breakfast as I was in a hurry. On my way out, but don’t hesitate to stop here if you’re looking for an affordable, easy overnight day."

"Clean rooms, Continental Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage links and the usual. Minutes to where we needed to go. Parking was no issue."

"The ac was strong. But being next to a busy road with door and windows leaking light that at no point left the room what i would consider dark. The front desk was helpful for replacing the towels and such, however the apparent lack of and noise isoation is a negative. Every step or thought of out upstairs neighbors sounded like a horde of wild animals(assuming they weren't just rowdy) and the beds weird thin metal frame thing made my movements echo as the metal flexed."

"There were ants in the first room, the staff was nice but provided no real solution besides a new room. The second room had mold in the bathroom doorway and you had to put up the toilet seat just to open the door (room 222). Not to mention half of the doors were open to the actual rooms, which my friend (with a different reservation) had to deal with. The window in her room was cracked as well. It’s also not well lit on the side with the gas station, it’s creepy over there at night. Don’t...

"I've stayed in this hotel many times over the years. The night I checked in, at 10pm, for my pre-paid 4 night stay I somehow had misplaced my credit card during the trip from Dallas to be used for "incidentals" and didn't have it with me. Granted, I stayed there 10 days before and am a Gold Member with Choice Awards. The individual manning the desk wouldn't let me check in without the card. "Definitely the bottom of where I’ve stayed. Everything from shoddy workmanship, rooms aren’t clean and maintenance are severely neglected. The floors and walls are ver thin and didn’t get much rest. I’d definitely not recommend and never be a repeat customer "
